Q: Do your provide international shipping?

A: International shipping is available for an additional fee. Each country has a unique shipping rate. Please contact us for international delivery rates and questions.

Q: What is your return & exchange policy?

A: Returns & exchanges must be made within 10 business days of receiving your item. The item must be in original condition and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Q: Can I pick up my item at your Chicago workshop?

A: Local pickups at our Chicago warehouse are available by appointment only. Please contact us to set a pickup time.

Q: How do I clean my new wood furniture?

A: Any wood cleaner found at your local store is suitable to clean your new furniture. Using a cotton cloth is preferred.

Q: Do you build custom furniture?

A: Yes. We love working closely with our customers to create one of a kind pieces tailored to their specifications.

Q: Does my furniture need assembly?

A: Some furniture, like our coffee and dining tables, do require assembly. However, assembly is typically easy and straightforward. For example, take one of our coffee tables, the only assembly needed is 4 screws for each leg.
